Returns and Exchange Policy

At Hanleh we build riding shoes with care and inspect every pair before dispatch. To keep quality high and pricing fair, we follow a clear returns & exchange process for shoes. Please read the policy below carefully.


1. Who can return or exchange shoes

Shoes are eligible for return or exchange when one of the following applies:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Size issue (provided the shoes are unused)

2. Time limits & initial reporting

  • General requests (returns/exchanges): Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Wrong / Defective product: Please report within 24 hours of delivery and include photos.

3. Conditions for returning shoes

To be accepted, returned shoes must meet all of the following:

  • Be the exact same product delivered (no substitutions)
  • Be unused and in original, resalable condition
  • Include original box, MRP tag, security tag (if any), and all accessories/manuals
  • Tried only on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid sole marks

Note: Size exchange is allowed only once per order.


4. How returns / exchanges are processed

  1. Email contact@hanleh.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Once approved, we will arrange pickup from the delivery address (pickup typically within 24–48 hours).
  3. After the returned shoes reach our warehouse, processing generally takes 2–3 working days.

5. Refunds — when full refund vs deduction applies

A. Full refund (Hanleh is responsible)

We will issue a full refund (100%) in these cases:

  • Manufacturing defect confirmed by our inspection
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • No replacement size is available for exchange

B. Refund with deduction (Customer-initiated returns)

If the return is initiated for reasons other than HanLeh's error (for example: change of mind, incorrect size ordered by customer), a ₹900 deduction will be applied from the refund amount to cover:

  • Return shipping (both ways)
  • Packaging and handling
  • Payment gateway charges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval and inspection.


6. Exchanges (Preferred)

You can Exchange your shoes if there is a size issue (Only One Time Allowed):

  • Shoes are unworn, clean, and in original packaging
  • Requested within the 7-day window
  • Exchange Product will be delivered in 5-7 business Days

There are no shipping charges on approved exchanges initiated due to HanLeh’s error. For customer-initiated size exchanges, we offer one free exchange. For any additional size exchanges beyond the first one, an ₹800 exchange fee will be charged, as this is the logistics cost we pay to our courier partner.


7. Defective or wrong shoes — what we need

If your shoes are defective or not what you ordered, email contact@hanleh.com within 24 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos showing the issue
  • Delivery details

After verification we will either replace the shoes or issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.


8. Non-returnable / non-refundable situations

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show visible wear, creases, dirt, or sole marks
  • Products returned without original tags, box, or accessories
  • Requests made after the 7-day window (unless it is a verified manufacturing defect)
  • Sale/discounted items designated as non-returnable

9. Other important points

  • Each return request is evaluated case-by-case; Hanleh reserves the right to accept or reject returns that do not meet policy criteria.
  • Policy may be updated — the latest version on hanleh.com applies.
  • In case of a dispute, Hanleh’s decision will be final.
