HanLeh – Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

At HanLeh, we aim to deliver your riding boots and shoes as quickly as possible.

  • In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free shipping on orders over ₹499.
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days, depending on your location.
  • We use trusted courier partners to ensure your boots arrive safely.
  • Please take a photo or video of the package while unpacking. This helps us process any damage claims quickly. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately at contact@hanleh.com 

3. Address Changes

  • Contact us before dispatch if you need to change your shipping address.
  • Once the package leaves our warehouse, address changes may cause delays and may incur additional charges as per the courier company's policies.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • For all returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions on our Exchange Page.
  • Ensure you read our exchange guidelines carefully before initiating a request.

5. Warranty / Damage Coverage

  • HanLeh offers a 6-month warranty on all boots.
  • Covers manufacturing defects and accidental damage (normal wear & tear excluded).
  • Please be fair and truthful when claiming warranty.
  • To claim warranty, email contact@hanleh.com with photos, order details, and a description of the issue.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • While we work with trusted couriers, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • If your tracking shows lost or delayed shipments, contact us at contact@hanleh.com. We will coordinate with the courier or re-ship if necessary.
