Hanleh Warranty Policy

At Hanleh we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our riding footwear. Every pair is inspected before dispatch. We offer a 6-month limited warranty on all Hanleh shoes for verified manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Coverage (6 Months)

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Stitching defects
  • Adhesive or bonding failures
  • Sole separation caused by manufacturing fault
  • Hardware defects (eyelets, buckles, etc.)

If a covered fault is confirmed, the product will be repaired at no cost.


2. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear & tear
  • Damage from regular usage (abrasion, scuffs)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, cuts, burns
  • Water damage or moisture-related issues
  • Colour fading, odour, or material ageing
  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
  • Products purchased below MRP or without a valid invoice
  • Damage occurring while shipping the product back to us

Issues outside warranty may be eligible for paid repair service upon request.


3. Mandatory Warranty Registration

Warranty registration is mandatory to activate coverage. Registration must be done after purchase for products bought from:

  • Hanleh's official website (Warranty Registration Not Needed)
  • Retail stores - Required
  • Online marketplaces - Required
  • Authorized dealers - Required

Unregistered products will not be eligible for warranty claims.

4. Valid Bill & MRP Condition

Warranty is valid only if the product was purchased at full MRP and a valid bill/invoice is provided. The invoice must show the purchase date, store name, and price. Claims without a valid invoice will not be accepted.


5. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us: contact@hanleh.com.
  2. Provide your registered warranty details, invoice copy, and photos/videos of the defect.
  3. Ship the product to our service center (customer bears shipping to us).
  4. After inspection, if the issue is a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge. If it is not covered, we will provide a paid repair estimate.

Note: Please keep proof of postage when sending the product to us.


6. Repair Timeline

Repairs typically take 7–15 working days after the product reaches our service center. Time may vary depending on part availability and repair complexity.


7. Repair-First Policy (No Automatic Replacement)

We follow a repair-first policy. Replacement will be considered only if the product is confirmed by our technical team to be beyond repair due to a manufacturing defect.


8. Warranty Is Non-Transferable

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

10. Other Terms

  • Each warranty claim is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Hanleh reserves the right to accept or reject claims that do not meet policy criteria.
  • Policy terms may be updated; the latest version on hanleh.com applies.
  • In case of dispute, Hanleh’s decision is final.
