My size is 7 and I always buy size 8 which fits well.
Just getting a habit to walk with these shoes and you cannot walk like you used to need to life your foot and then land it on road/surface unlike other sneakers wherein you find the flexibility to bend your foot fingers.

I’ve been using the riding sneakers regularly, and this is actually my first time trying them out. Honestly, I thought they wouldn’t be that comfortable because they’re stiffer than regular sneakers—but I’m glad to be proven wrong. They’re surprisingly comfortable!
Of course, I can’t really say how effective they’d be in a crash (and I hope I never have to find out), but one thing’s for sure: they’re helping me build the habit of using proper riding gear. I can already see myself upgrading to full riding boots in the future.
For now, I’m super satisfied with the product. Big thanks to Bulu bhai and the Hanleh team—it’s a fantastic piece of gear. I’m definitely convinced that my next step will be proper riding boots from Hanleh. 👍🏼

Great and tough shoes.Fulfillsall the criteria to be a great riding boots.
If you can work on the weight and the flexibility on the fore foot while walking would make this shoes extraordinary. Nevertheless I loved it and I will highly recommend it to my fellow riders.
